I quit the wine in 2017 which has been a life changing journey back to health and I now work with women to change their relationship with alcohol and say goodbye to those awful feelings of being “sick and tired of being sick and tired.”
I have been coaching, mentoring and training for over 30 years and am a certified Gray Area Drinking Coach, Sober Club Coach and Mental Health First Aider.

The 'Sober Joy' programme follows 12 weeks of intensive exploration, each focusing on a particular aspect of your alcohol relationship. These topics are explored face to face on zoom in a weekly 60-minute group coaching session where we unpick your challenges and brainstorm options for you to embrace in the future. The coaching discussions will help you to truly anchor what matters to you as you make changes in your life.
I work at the physiological as well as a psychological, behavioural level helping you to tune into your body through somatic coaching as well as your mindset and behaviours through reflective coaching. When you drink alcohol, your brain chemistry is out of whack and these 12 weeks will help you to regulate, replenish and reset your nervous system, reduce cravings and anxiety - and literally rewire your brain!
When alcohol is taken away it is essential to add in nourishing resources to help you feel balanced, grounded, healthy and aligned with your choices. We start with the basics of food, water, sleep, exercise and breath work – and I share a multitude of other resources for you to try out to support you as you progress. Working with both the mind and the body in harmony helps to set you up for long-term success.
